Terms of Service

1. Using Tinifuni

You may use Tinifuni for personal, non-commercial entertainment in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal consent where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

2. Guest access and accounts

We may offer a limited number of guest plays through a signed browser token. After that allowance is used, Google sign-in may be required. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person.

3. License and ownership

Subject to these Terms, Tinifuni grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal entertainment. Tinifuni and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, visual design, branding, game mechanics as expressed in the service, text, graphics, and other content.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Break the law, harm others, or use the service fraudulently.
• Interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, guest-play limits, or normal operation.
• Use bots, scripts, cheats, automation, or other methods to manipulate scores, usage, advertising, or rankings.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or extract the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Upload malware, overload infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use Tinifuni content or branding commercially without written permission.

5. Scores, quiz results, and progress

Scores, personality results, difficulty labels, streaks, and rankings are for entertainment only. They are not professional, educational, psychological, financial, or medical assessments. We may correct, reset, reject, or remove results affected by errors, manipulation, content changes, or suspected abuse.

6. Third-party services and advertising

Tinifuni may integrate Google sign-in, advertising, analytics, sharing, hosting, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your interaction with them. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, or services.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any game, quiz, feature, reward, guest allowance, or part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent score storage, or compatibility with every device or browser.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, the service or its users are at risk, or the action is required by law. You may stop using Tinifuni at any time and may request deletion of personal information we control.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinifuni is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinifuni and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Indonesia will handle unresolved disputes unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as Tinifuni evolves. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

13. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of operating or reorganizing the service.
